Motto Motto is a fast-growing Japanese casual dining brand, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Gasworks.

About the role:

As part of our FOH team, you'll be the face of the restaurant – welcoming guests, taking orders, delivering meals, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service
  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and FOH staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
  • Follow health, safety, and food handling procedures

About you:

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
