An 12-month contract opportunity has arisen for Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the team. Join a highly committed and talented team and become a key coach and advisor to senior leaders to manage complex people issues, operating requirements, delivery of key projects, people plans, organisational change and key People & Culture (P&C) activities. The role is a critical conduit between function and the organisation to optimise the impact and delivery of P&C services and programs based on client needs.

You will offer significant prior experience as a HR generalist in a partnering position. With strong influencing and coaching skills, you will ideally have some exposure in the healthcare, government, education sectors, NFP or similar and the nous to navigate large, complex organisations.
