Key Responsibilities:

Chef

  • Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by following food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, including the "clean as you go" policy.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and follow daily schedules set by management.
  • Monitoring food quality and compliance to ensure all products meet customer expectations and required standards.
  • Supporting the training and supervision of kitchen staff, understanding customer requirements, and assisting with yield testing of products during preparation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidate with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (essential).
  • Flexible availability across Day, Afternoon & Night shifts.
  • All successful applicants must have the ability to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.
