You'll be supported by leads with 20+ years' clinical and industry experience, alongside specialists in AT, complex home mods, mental health, neurodiverse and trauma-informed practice.   • $75K + Super
  • $2K of Professional Development allowance every year
  • 15-20hrs of recorded PD content + access to specialist training (play-based therapy, toileting, neurodiversity affirming practice)

Support That Starts on Day One

  • Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision
  • Fortnightly peer supervision groups
  • Shadowing experienced clinicians for your first 2 weeks
  • Structured caseload ramp-up:

  • Weeks 1-2: shadowing only

  • Months 1-2: build 2-3 clients per week
  • Month 3: independent caseload with Senior review and support
  • Month 6: full caseload, still supported

About You

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
  • NDIS Worker Screening, valid driver's licence
