About the Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? BOQ Specialist is on the lookout for a motivated Associate to support our Relationship Executive team on a permanent basis.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end home loan process—from application to settlement.
- Prepare credit submissions, assess serviceability, and manage workflow through to approval.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure seamless settlements.
- Deliver exceptional service by managing client enquiries and maintaining ongoing relationships.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences. You'll play a key role in supporting our high-performing team while gaining valuable exposure to complex lending and relationship management.
About you
We're looking for an Associate who brings curiosity, care, and courage to everything they do—values that sit at the heart of BOQ Group. Ideally, you'll have a relevant degree and experience in relationship management, along with a solid understanding of lending products and the ability to assess self-employed financials.
