About the Role

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? BOQ Specialist is on the lookout for a motivated Associate to support our Relationship Executive team on a permanent basis.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end home loan process—from application to settlement.
  • Prepare credit submissions, assess serviceability, and manage workflow through to approval.
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure seamless settlements.
  • Deliver exceptional service by managing client enquiries and maintaining ongoing relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences. You'll play a key role in supporting our high-performing team while gaining valuable exposure to complex lending and relationship management.

About you

Ideally, you'll have a relevant degree and experience in relationship management, along with a solid understanding of lending products and the ability to assess self-employed financials.
