Our team is expanding, and we are seeking those with experience or an interest in the Insurance space to fill multiple roles within our Member Service Performance team.

These roles would ideally suit Paralegals, recent Law graduates, foreign lawyers yet to requalify in Australia or professionals very familiar with life insurance claims and procedures. 

Our members are at the centre of everything we do, therefore we are seeking candidates with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to liaise with our members and relevant stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes.  

In this varied and high paced role, you will be:

  • Managing a caseload of claims with accountability to finalise these expediently for claimants, with oversight from the Insurance Claims Manager
  • Engaging with claimants directly to follow up and progress the claims process – eg. Request missing or incorrect information provided, provide updates on status of payment  
  • Assisting with reporting and tracking of claims status
  • Documenting processes as required or updates to current procedures and policies
