About the Role

You'll manage the end-to-end Used Truck sales and reconditioning process — from sourcing and appraising vehicles, coordinating reconditioning, through to pricing, marketing, and closing deals. You'll collaborate with various departments to deliver a positive customer experience, while also leading marketing efforts for our Used Truck inventory.

What You'll Do

  • Source, appraise, price, and manage used truck stock
  • Oversee and coordinate the reconditioning process with the service department to deliver quality vehicles ready for sale
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Drive marketing campaigns including online advertising
  • Guide customers through the buying process, explaining truck features and benefits
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing follow-up support after purchase

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience in the automotive or truck industry (preferred)
  • A mechanical background would be an advantage
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and professionally presented
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and dealer management systems
  • Current driver's licence (Heavy Vehicle Licence and Truck Licence highly regarded)
