Independent Support Worker Wanted – Mildura, VIC

Accessible Care & Living is seeking a reliable and compassionate Independent Support Worker to join our network and start ASAP in Mildura.

About the Role:

This position is offered under a private arrangement, supporting an NDIS participant to live independently and confidently within the community. We're looking for someone flexible, trustworthy, and committed to providing person-centred care.

Key Duties:


• Assisting with daily living activities


• Community access and social participation


• Light household tasks and meal preparation


• Supporting with appointments, errands, and general wellbeing

Requirements:


• ABN (or willingness to obtain one)


• NDIS Worker Screening Check or current Police Check


• First Aid/CPR (preferred)


• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence

Details:


• Start: Immediate


• Hours: 15–25 per week (flexible schedule)


• Rate: $40–$45/hr, depending on experience


• Type: Independent contractor (private hire)
