Job Description
We're looking for a strategic and experienced APAC Marketing Lead to drive scalable, high-impact marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. In this senior leadership role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that accelerate growth, generate demand, and strengthen Sage's brand presence across multiple countries and product lines, including Sage Intacct, Sage X3, and our BMS portfolio.
You'll lead a talented regional marketing team and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Partner, Product, and Global Marketing functions. Your role will combine hands-on campaign execution with strategic oversight, ensuring measurable business impact across direct, partner, and customer marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
What Will I Be Doing?
As the APAC Marketing Lead, you'll:
Lead the regional marketing team across partner, customer, and direct marketing streams, ensuring alignment with Sage's commercial and strategic priorities.
Develop and execute the Sage Intacct demand generation strategy, building growth plans that align with revenue targets and industry verticals.
Design and deliver multi-channel, end-to-end marketing campaigns in collaboration with content, digital, social, PR, SEO, and media teams.
Own and evolve the APAC partner marketing strategy, driving co-marketing success and growth across Sage's partner ecosystem.
Create and manage a long-term regional growth plan (3–5 years) to accelerate pipeline generation and market share.
Oversee substantial marketing budgets, ensuring effective investment allocation and measurable ROI.
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate across functions and geographies to align regional execution with global strategy, avoiding conflicts while ensuring local relevance.
Manage agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver on-time, high-quality assets for localisation and deployment.
Partner with Sales and SDR functions to improve funnel performance and pipeline conversion.
You'll be expected to combine visionary leadership with operational precision — driving performance, innovation, and excellence in everything you deliver.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a senior marketing professional who blends strategic thinking with a passion for execution. You'll bring:
10+ years' experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within SaaS, technology, or complex enterprise environments.
Proven success building and scaling partner marketing programs within the APAC region.
Strong knowledge of customer and in-life marketing, with experience managing campaigns across multiple countries and products.
A track record of navigating large organisations, aligning multiple stakeholders, and influencing senior leadership.
Deep understanding of digital, social, and multi-touch campaign design, including use of SFDC, intent data tools, and reporting platforms.
Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills, with an ability to link marketing KPIs to business outcomes.
Strong budget ownership, project management, and agency leadership experience.
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead across matrixed teams and cross-functional initiatives.
A results-driven attitude, someone who measures success by the commercial impact of their work.
