Bridge IT Engineering
is seeking

Salesforce Engineers
for a federal government department with offices in the
ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA.
This role focuses on executing standardized procedures, monitoring environmental health, and ensuring smooth environment operations while working alongside the Platform Enablement & Operations and Environment Delivery teams.

  • Environment Refresh & Synchronization
  • Health Monitoring & Integration Management
  • Deployment Execution & Support
  • Test Data & User Management
  • Operational Support & Documentation
  • Issues management
  • Continuous Improvement

Criteria

  • Salesforce Administrator and Omnistudio Consultant certification
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT)
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Datadog)
  • Experience in environment-related issues management, including triage troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation
  • Experience in government or large enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements
