Your New Role

As a People Adviser, you'll provide advice and services relating to our people processes, policies, and systems. You'll play a key role in enhancing our people data, supporting HR operations, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

This role is offered as a 12 month Max Term Contract.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver HR support across the employee life-cycle: on-boarding, off-boarding, flexible work, and more
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and systems
  • Support payroll and HRIS enquiries
  • Champion self-service functionality and process optimisation
  • Collaborate with People, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams
  • Contribute to projects and organisational change initiatives

How do you exceed our expectations?

  • The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple
  • 1–2 years' experience in HR (ideally in a similar role)
  • Professional or tertiary education in HR (or related discipline) with 6 months to 1 year of experience will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Cornerstone) is highly advantageous
