This position is offered as a job share, working 3 days per week

What You'll Be Doing (Together):

  • Sharing the lead in managing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant OSHC service — teamwork makes the dream work
  • Inspiring and supporting your educator team to deliver engaging, high-quality programs that reflect children's interests, strengths, and needs.
  • Championing compliance with all National Quality Framework (NQF) and regulatory requirements — because safety, quality, and care always come first.
  • Collaborating with families, school staff, and the broader community to build trusted relationships that enrich children's learning experiences.
  • Guiding program planning and reflection to ensure activities are inclusive, meaningful, and fun for every child.
  • Leading with heart and professionalism — modelling positive behaviour, clear communication, and a supportive culture for your team.
  • Creating a space where children feel safe, valued, and excited to be part of the OSHC family every day.

(This is a shared leadership role — working closely with another experienced Nominated Supervisor to co-lead the service, support each other, and ensure consistency across the week.)

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified professional with a Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care — or equivalent.
  • Experience leading or supervising an OSHC or similar education and care service, with a passion for mentoring others.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and all relevant regulations and standards.
  • A natural leader who brings energy, empathy, creativity, and a positive team spirit to everything you do.
  • Someone who thrives in a shared leadership role, values collaboration, and loves creating a fun, safe, and inspiring environment for children and educators alike.
