With a strong background in financial services, you will demonstrate professionalism, credibility, and a solid understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing regional businesses. Ideally, you will also demonstrate:

  • Leadership experience in a similar role within financial services or a related industry

THE ROLE |
Lead, coach, and develop a team across the region while fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients, community, and industry partners. You will play a key role in executing strategic and growth plans, enhancing regional performance, and deepening the organisation's presence across Victoria.
