Overview of the position:

As a Project Director in Melbourne, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle from identifying and qualifying prospects to converting opportunities into signed projects. You'll know how to uncover client pain points, pitch Concept with confidence, and influence decisions through trust and credibility. You'll collaborate closely with our design and commercial teams to ensure each proposal is commercially strong, strategically positioned, and perfectly aligned with client goals.

  • Proven Experience in business development or sales within the fit-out, design, or construction industry.
  • A true hunter mindset with a relentless drive to generate and convert new opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to link creative design to client ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that build confidence and trust.
  • A proactive approach to networking, lead generation, and pipeline management.
