New Gardener Needed for Growing Business
We're a small, growing landscaping business looking for a new gardener to join our team. Professional experience is strongly preferred, but willing to train up the right person. The most important part is that you're hardworking, reliable, and keen to work. We have some high-end clients, so professionalism is crucial too.
Responsibilities:
- Mowing, hedging, edging, mulching, turfing, planting
- Weed control, pressure washing, and green waste removal
- General garden maintenance across multiple locations in Brisbane
Hours:
- Roughly 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday (occasionally may be 4 days a week)
- View is to hopefully increase these hours - happy to work with you to what suits
Requirements:
- Previous gardening experience & ability to use garden tools is preferred
- Valid driver's license & reliable transport is crucial (due to location variety)
- Independent, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
