Painters you will need:

  • Minimum 5 Years Experience
  • Current drivers license and mode of transport
  • Industry White Card
  • National Police Check & Working with Children Check
  • Compliance with Vaccination COVID19 requirements
  • Professional development and training opportunities 

Responsibilities: -
- Painters
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching to ensure a smooth, clean finish
- Select, mix, and apply appropriate paint and coatings to various surfaces
- Use various techniques such as brushing, rolling, and spraying to achieve the desired finish - Read and follow blueprints, instructions, and specifications to meet client expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials
- Uphold safety standards and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure efficient project completion
- Plasterers:

  • Measure, cut, and prepare plasterboard or lath for installation
  • Mix and apply plaster, cement, or other materials to walls, ceilings, and partitions
  • Apply base coats, skim coats, or decorative finishes to achieve the required surface texture
  • Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections in walls and ceilings
  • Ensure surfaces are level, smooth, and ready for paint or wallpaper application
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including trowels, floats, sanding machines, and mixers
  • Follow project drawings, specifications, and instructions to deliver quality finishes
  • Adhere to safety procedures, particularly when working at heights or with scaffolding
