The recruitment process:
We'll stay in touch with you via email throughout the entire process, so please keep an eye on your inbox (and check junk/spam/clutter folders just in case).
The process is expected to take roughly 8 weeks, taking us into early November 2025.
Here's what to expect:
- Apply online: Submit your application through our careers site (instructions below). We'll review applications while the ad is live.
- Online skills assessment: If you progress to the next stage, you'll receive an email invitation to complete a short online skills assessment. This will come from our provider, Vervoe, and you'll have 4 days (96 hours) from the time the invitation is sent to complete it.
Please note: We won't communicate outcomes from the skills assessment stage until assessments from all candidates have been completed and reviewed. If you apply early, there may be a longer wait before hearing back, as we'll need to allow time for later applicants to complete their assessments before final decisions are made.
- Panel interview: Successful candidates from the assessment will be invited to a virtual panel interview via Microsoft Teams. Interviews are currently scheduled to take place between Monday, 20 October 2025 and Friday, 24 October 2025.
- Final checks and offer: We'll conduct reference checks before making a verbal and formal offer. The official commencement date is Monday, 17 November 2025, which marks the start of the mandatory training period.
