How you'll make a difference
AECOM's Water Infrastructure Team in Rockhampton is looking for a passionate and experienced engineer to help deliver a range of regionally significant infrastructure projects.

What a day in this role could involve:
- You will have the opportunity to get involved in managing and completing projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
- Apply your water infrastructure design skills and knowledge into meaningful local and national projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients across a range of sectors.
- You will guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and RPEQ / CPEng.
- An interest in progression and long-term growth within a global organisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external, client-facing level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business.
- Experience in planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
- A passion for guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers.
