Dermal Therapist or Clinician

Advanced Skin Specialist | Results-Driven & Client-Centred

You're not just a therapist or clinician, you're a skin health professional who combines expertise with integrity and care. You understand the science of skin and the importance of consistency, education and connection in achieving long-term results of a skin journey.

Key Responsibilities:


• Perform advanced skin treatments (clinical facials, skin needling, peels, Laser, IPL etc.)

• Conduct in-depth consultations and create tailored treatment plans

• Recommend and educate on clinical-grade skincare with confidence and care

• Maintain clinical hygiene and treatment protocols to a high standard

• Document all client care accurately and professionally

• Uphold Skin Wellness Academy's philosophy of treating from the inside out

You Are:


• Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Dermal Science, or equivalent Cert IV qualification with strong skin knowledge and hands-on experience

• Dedicated to delivering results and earning client trust through expertise

• Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Passionate about skin transformation, not just superficial care

• Committed to ongoing training, excellence, and accountability

• Available for flexible hours including late nights and weekends

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in dermal therapy or advanced beauty treatments

• Eligible to work in Australia with appropriate visa or citizenship status

• Proven experience with skin needling, chemical peels, laser, IPL and clinical-grade skincare consultations
