OSCAR Care Group provides Food Safety Auditing & Training, Food Safety Programs and consultancy, Allied Health - Dietetics, Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology services to the Aged Care, Child Care, Hospitality, NDIS & Homecare sectors across Australia.

We are seeking an Operations and Product champion, energetic and experienced to provide expertise, knowledge and operational support to our clients in all areas of Food Safety, Online programs, Kitchen consultancy and client management, training and support. This incredibly varied role will ensure all of your Operations, Food Safety and client management knowledge and experience will provide our clients with the support guidance required.

Key details of the position -

  • Full Time - based in Mount Waverley VIC
  • Lead and manage our existing and potential clients in all areas of OSCAR Care Group products, services and online offerings.
  • Support our clients with current services, management of requirements and customer service.
  • Experience in an Aged Care, Child Care or Commercial kitchen is essential.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Operations in a kitchen environment essential.
  • Previous role in Food Safety support and co-ordination would be highly considered
  • Knowledge and experience in the management of online programs an advantage.
  • Some local travel may be required
  • Assist with the development and analysis of OSCAR online products and services
  • Assist in business development.

What we need from you -

  • Experience in an Aged Care, Child Care, commercial kitchen or similar kitchen
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team to achieve outcomes
  • Possess attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Managers, staff, and residents.
  • Ability to complete tasks within acceptable time frames and work autonomously.

The successful candidate will need to have a current National Police Check.
