An opportunity has become available for a Landscape Maintenance Manager to join our growing team.

The Role

We are actively seeking an experienced or aspiring Landscape Maintenance Manager to lead, mentor, and train and grow our team of Commercial Maintenance staff across WA.

Ultimately you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations across multiple landscape maintenance contracts across the WA, therefore enjoying a varied and dynamic working week.

You will also be providing key support to our administration teams and will function as the nominated company representative across key projects as required.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, possessing effective communication skills and exceptional leadership qualities. A demonstrated background in horticulture, turf management or related field, will be strongly favoured, but above all else the successful candidate must be able to uphold company values, and be a positive cultural fit and role model for the Maintenance team.
