We are currently seeking an experienced/qualified Baker to join our busy team.

BAKER - Full time

Must be able to commit to late night shifts that start from 10PM

What does the position involve?

  • Baking gourmet, artisan breads including sourdoughs, Casalingas, gluten free ranges, Turkish breads, pies and baguettes
  • Hand moulding skills and good knowledge of different techniques – no pre mixes used
  • Working within a small team environment
  • Overnight shifts

Salary negotiable on experience, above award wages.

Who are we looking for?

  • Past experience within hospitality or food retail
  • Passionate about food and baking
  • Friendly personality, able to work well in a team environment and a good learner who can follow direction.
  • Reliable travel to SOUTHPORT
  • Able to work a flexible roster including weekend days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
