**Position: Baker (Bakery Section)**
**Hourly Rate: $30/hour**

**O Bagel** are seeking a skilled and passionate baker to join our bakery team, specifically focusing on the production of bagels. This role involves overseeing the entire process of bagel-making, from preparing the dough to shaping the bagels and baking them to perfection using our ovens.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing dough according to established recipes and standards
- Shaping and forming bagels consistently and accurately
- Monitoring the baking process to ensure high-quality results
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards
- Collaborating with the team to meet daily production targets

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bakery environment
- Experience in bagel-making or bread production is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience with bakery equipment, including ovens and dough mixers, is preferred
