**BREADS** is located within the gourmet, fine food emporium at the **Ferry Road Markets**. Owned and operated by The Standard Market Company, a retail company that specialises in gourmet food.

We are currently **seeking an experienced/qualified Baker** to join our busy team.
- **BAKER - Full time**_
- **Must be able to commit to late night shifts that start from 10PM**_

**What does the position involve?**
- Baking gourmet, artisan breads including sourdoughs, Casalingas, gluten free ranges, Turkish breads, pies and baguettes
- Hand moulding skills and good knowledge of different techniques - no pre mixes used
- Working within a small team environment
- Overnight shifts
- **Salary negotiable on experience, above award wages.**_

**Who are we looking for?**
- Past experience within hospitality or food retail
- Passionate about food and baking
- Friendly personality, able to work well in a team environment and a good learner who can follow direction.
- Reliable travel to SOUTHPORT
- Able to work a flexible roster including weekend days

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
