Casual Saturday Dental Assistant/Reception Position – North Sydney

Join ClearBraces4U, an Invisalign-only dental clinic in North Sydney

We're seeking a motivated person to assist with both reception and clinical support in our modern, fully digital dental practice focused exclusively on clear aligner treatment.

Training and support offered on the job. Ideal for someone who has prior dental assisting experience (this is essential), and who has basic capabilities to be trained in reception.

About the Role:

  • Every Saturday
  • 8am – 5/6pm
  • ClearBraces4U North Sydney
  • Full Time or Part Time available

Role Overview:

Dental Assisting Duties:

* Setting up sign boards at the beginning and end of each day

* Ensuring the waiting area and restrooms are tidy and clean

* Preparing the clinical room between each patient

* Assisting the clinician during Invisalign procedures – including software setup and data entry

* Taking patient photos and itero scans for their Invisalign treatment records

* Setting up the x-ray machine as needed

* Giving patients clear verbal instructions and directions

* Managing sterilisation area, including cleaning instruments and tracking autoclave cycles

* Making tea/coffee for the clinician when required

* Monitoring and restocking clinical supplies

Reception Duties (Trainable):

* Sending early-morning appointment reminders to patients

* Acting as the front-of-house to warmly greet and check in patients

* Communicating and coordinating with the team throughout the day

* Monitoring whether the clinician is running on schedule and keeping patients informed
