**About the Role**

We are currently in search of a full-time Dental Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team, we are excited to offer this position on a entry level with minimum experience or an experienced dental nurse/receptionist.

**Location**

We are looking for a nurse who enjoys to work with different teams., as the shifts are shared between Wynyard and Randwick clinics.

**Work Hours**

Enjoy a full-time position of 38 hours per week with flexible workdays, dependent on business needs and the roster. Workdays span Monday to Saturday, averaging 4 days a week. The standard hours are generally from 7:40 am to 6:10 pm.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Warm and professional patient greetings
- Assisting the dentists for different procedures.
- Coordination and confirmation of appointments
- Providing patients with precise surgery quotes
- Advising patients on surgery preparation procedures
- Accurate billing processing, payment explanation, transaction collection, and receipt issuance
- Appointment confirmations and overdue account follow-ups
- Adherence to company policies and cross-infection control protocols

**Skills and Experience**

**Salary**: $49,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
