LadyBird Home Loans is growing, and we're looking for an experienced
Broker / Business Development Manager
to help take our client and referral partnerships to the next level.
You'll work closely with our dynamic team of brokers, credit analysts, and support staff to grow our home loan portfolio while providing an exceptional experience for every client.
What You'll Do:
· Build and nurture referral and client relationships
· Generate and convert high-quality home loan opportunities
· Guide clients through the lending process from start to finish
· Keep up to date with lender products, policies, and structures
· Collaborate with our credit and customer service teams to deliver seamless results
· Represent LadyBird professionally within the community and partner network
About You:
· Experienced mortgage broker or lending professional (2+ years minimum)
· Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
· Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills
· Self-driven and results-oriented with a genuine passion for helping clients
· Highly organised and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced team
