Education Services Australia (ESA) is a ministerial not-for-profit company committed to making a positive difference in the lives and learning of Australian students. ESA delivers products and services for clients including the Australian government, State and Territory education authorities, and a variety of not-for- profit and government organisations.

Our Digital Teaching and Learning (DT&L) unit develop digital teaching and learning resources to improve student outcomes, enhance teacher impact and strengthen school communities across Australia.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Support Officer to join our Digital Teaching and Learning (DTL) portfolio. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting a dynamic range of digital learning projects by providing essential coordination and administrative support. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of innovative teaching and learning initiatives across the portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Support multiple projects by coordinating schedules, milestones, and documentation.

  • Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions for fortnightly meetings.

  • Manage content on Content Management and/or Learning Management Systems.

  • Manage travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff and events.

  • Maintain project registers, reports, and communications.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, or Executive Assistant role.

  • Strong skills in minute-taking, agenda preparation, and meeting coordination.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, online meeting tools, and document management systems.

  • A collaborative, professional approach with the ability to work independently
