Job Description
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to project teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses as required.
  • Handle general office duties to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as directed by the project manager.
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative attitude to work well within a team setting.
