We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join Aeon Disability Support Services . This role is to provide end-to-end financial support to the company in all aspects of business management and be primarily responsible for managing and reporting on the financial results.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

· Build financial models and prepare regular forecasting to provide accurate financial insights.

· Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems to assist with budgeting and accounting policies

· Assisting with the delivery of high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual management and board reports that provide actionable insights into the company's financial and operational performance.

· Consolidate and distribute various financial reports to the assigned business areas

· Provide financial insights and monthly reports to drive decision-making

· Working with Operations to deliver monthly reports and financial information is accurate, timely and provides insightful analysis.

· Preparing monthly finance pack for distribution to senior leaders

· Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasting

· Contribute to budget management, forecasting and risk identification

· Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies

· Drive quarterly analysis on working capital, supporting funding compliance requirements.

Essential qualifications and skill requirements:

· Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Completed or working towards CA/CPA

· Minimum 3 years work experience

· Experience in a range of accounting activities – including general accounting, financial analysis, audit, and management reporting

· Ability to interrogate and analyse data (Excel, Power Query, ERP systems etc.)

· Strong analytical skills and detailed-oriented

· Demonstrate a "can-do" positive attitude
