Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, specialising in fire doors. As a sales representative will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Flexibility to work from our Sydney, or Goulburn head office.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of fire doors, advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to overcome objections and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Inquisitive mindset.
