**About the Role**

We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable **Fire Door Salesperson** to join our high-performing team in Goulburn, NSW.
This is a permanent, full-time role, responsible for driving fire door product sales, developing client relationships, and expanding market reach.
You’ll be working closely with builders, project managers, contractors, and compliance teams to deliver tailored fire door solutions to meet project specifications and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fire-rated and commercial door sector
- Develop strong relationships with builders, architects, certifiers, and facility managers
- Work with internal teams to prepare accurate quotes and proposals for fire door products and solutions
- Understand fire door compliance requirements and communicate technical product knowledge to clients
- Attend site visits or client meetings to gather specifications and advise on suitable solutions
- Contribute to pricing strategy and product positioning
- Meet or exceed sales targets through consistent pipeline management and customer engagement
- Keep up-to-date with fire door codes, standards (AS1905.1), and industry trends

**About You**

You will possess sales experience within a similar background, such as the construction or building materials industry. Specifically, any experience and knowledge of the fire door industry will be highly advantageous to successfully attaining the position.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships and thrives on delivering quality, compliant solutions.

Key requirements include:

- Experience in B2B sales within the construction, building products, or fire safety industries
- Understanding of NCC, AS1905.1, and fire door compliance (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand job specifications
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Tech-savvy and capable with CRM and quoting systems
