We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Dubbo who is keen to continue the growth of the business.

The Senior Project Managers role is to assume responsibility & manage an assigned project in its entirety from end to end in all autonomous capacity. Reverting from the tender's team, capturing all contractual, financial, resource, procurement, subcontractor, quality, timeline & practical completion obligations whilst acting as the company's representative. You will be assigned & expected to manage your team throughout the duration of the project, reporting to the Construction Manager.

Primary objectives of the position:

  • Responsible for overall site management of the project reporting directly to the construction manager to ensure the project runs efficiently and within the agreed project timeline.
  • Ensure strict adherence to IMS & HSE requirements are being met at all times.
  • Take over & manage budgets from tender wins into financially secure & profitable projects.
  • Ensure project budgets & letting timelines are being met & or bettered within procurement process.
  • Have an approachable social conduct, able to build & maintain relationships with Clients, Subcontractors & Team members.
  • Be able to manage high demand, dynamic situations & environments
  • Compile data & create effective reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar role in management.
  • Ability to perform day to day duties with a professional safety mindset.
  • Listens, understands, and adapts to an audience and can communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Must have a current driver's license.
  • General Construction Industry White Card.
  • Travel maybe required to oversee projects throughout the regions.
