About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Treasury Accounts Administrator to join our high-performing, dynamic Treasury Team. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our AFG Securities Lending Business, with a strong focus on bank reconciliations and financial reporting. In this role you'll be operating within a fast-paced, ASX-listed organisation undergoing continual growth and transformation. This position requires someone who thrives in a changing environment and can pivot priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations for the AFG Securities Lending Business
  • Assist in preparing daily funding reconciliations and forecasts

  • Support Treasury operations including:

  • Drafting payment directions to our Trustee

  • Preparing notices to financiers
  • Compiling monthly trust management reports
  • Delivering ad hoc reporting and audit support
  • Identify and implement improvements in Treasury systems and processes
  • Analyse financial records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Contribute to team-wide projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes

About You

You're a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. With a proactive mindset and strong communication skills, you're confident managing shifting priorities and contributing to team goals. You're comfortable working with financial data, identifying process improvements, and resolving discrepancies. Experience in treasury operations or financial reporting is a plus, but your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively is what sets you apart.
