We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated professional to join our team as an Administrator of Treasury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Opening and Closure: Preparing forms for the opening / closing of bank accounts.
  • Audit and Management: Auditing and management of bank account signatories.
  • Transaction Inquiry and Resolution: Management of bank account transaction inquiries and dispute resolution requests.
  • Payment Requisitions: Processing of Payment Requisitions.
  • Dividend Distribution: Dividend Distribution Processing.
  • Reconciliation: Processing end of period bank account reconciliations.
  • Fees and Charges: Reconciling bank charges and fees against Terms and Conditions of the respective bank account.
  • Regulatory Lodgements: Preparing documentation related to various regulatory lodgements.
Requirements
  • Cashbook Management Experience: Experience with cashbook management or relevant work experience, as well as strong knowledge of cashbook software.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Be a team player with high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time.
  • Self-Sufficiency: High sense of self-sufficiency and the ability to work unsupervised for periods at a time.
