**About the Company**:
This longstanding financial services firm with an international presence currently manage a portfolio of $2.5 billion. Their teams offer deep expertise in the vehicle/equipment finance space across a range of industries.

**About the Role**:
As a Credit Manager, you will manage a team of skilled Credit Analysts and help in shaping the future of the Credit department.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Stay up-to-date with Credit Decisioning and Customer Identification systems and recommend process improvements as necessary
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Credit processes
- Coach and develop Credit Analysts in credit assessment and knowledge
- Provide support and assistance for credit-related projects
- Prepare and present monthly reports

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in leading/managing Credit staff
- Strong interpersonal capabilities
- You are passionate about continuous improvement
- Strong multitasking and workload prioritization abilities
- Superior communication skills; written and verbal
