About the Role 

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Parts Manager to join TCWA on a full-time basis at our busy workshop in Spearwood.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall performance and efficiency of the Parts Department - driving parts sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This position is ideal for someone with solid industry knowledge who is ready to take ownership of a high-performing team and make a real impact. 

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar position and possess the following:

  • Proven experience in a Parts Manager or senior parts role within the automotive or transport industry
  • Ability to manage and oversee daily operations of the Parts Department
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with parts cataloguing systems and inventory software
  • Ability to work closely with other departments to support workshop productivity
  • HR & Forklift licences (highly desirable although not essential)
