What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years' insurance broking experience is preferred but not essential
  • Exposure to retail/commercial SME clients across various industries
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
  • A proactive mindset toward client service, retention and growth

About the Roles

We are recruiting for two Account Executive positions.One based in the office 3 days a week with hybrid flexibility to work 2 days from home and one offering full-remote arrangements for those with 4–5+ years' broking expertise.

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing and retaining a portfolio of SME/retail clients across a variety of industries, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse client portfolio across SME/retail lines
  • Liaise directly with insurers and underwriters
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business initiatives
  • Support lodgement and management of claims in conjunction with the internal claims department
  • Maintain strong adherence to compliance requirements, industry regulations and internal policies
