We're looking for a reliable, steady hand to join our team in the warehouse. This is a part-time role (15–30 hours per week, with the chance for more during peak season) focused primarily on warehouse operations, with a light touch of customer service. If you've got a calm approach, an eye for detail, and you're happy to pitch in with both packing boxes and occasionally picking up the phone, you'll fit right in.

This could suit someone returning to the workforce or looking for consistent part-time hours without the chaos and we're genuinely open to all ages and backgrounds.

What you'll be doing
  • Picking, packing and dispatching daily orders
  • Receiving and organising stock deliveries
  • Product inspection and quality control
  • Stock management, cycling and stock-take
  • Helping keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
  • Assisting with customer service when needed (phone and email support)
What we're looking for
  • Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred (but not essential if you're a quick learner)
  • Calm, reliable and detail-oriented — someone who enjoys steady, consistent work
  • Comfortable lifting and moving cartons (up to 15kg)
  • Handy with basic tools or practical fixes around the warehouse (a bonus)
  • General computer skills; Shopify or Cin7 experience a plus but not required
