The Opportunity:

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse / Spare Parts Interpreter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of warehouse operations, including order picking and packing, stock control, forklift operation, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Success in this role depends on your ability to work independently and take initiative. Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking and receipting purchase orders using Microsoft Navision
  • Picking and issuing parts for customer orders and service technicians
  • Managing inventory and conducting regular stocktakes to ensure accuracy
  • Preparing air conditioning units for dispatch using a gantry crane and appropriate tools
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and reporting any issues promptly

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Valid forklift licence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – particularly Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently in a shared workspace where others are present but unable to provide role-specific support
  • Staying on task, thinking ahead, and planning effectively are essential skills for this role
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Navision or a similar inventory system (preferred)
