Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Events Trip Coordinator to support clients in planning and booking travel for group events such as conferences, retreats, weddings, sports tournaments, and milestone celebrations. In this remote-based position, you'll help create seamless travel experiences tailored to each events unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for individuals and groups attending special events
  • Research and recommend destinations, venues, transportation, and accommodations
  • Prepare and present customized travel packages and itineraries
  • Communicate with clients to gather preferences, confirm details, and provide travel updates
  • Ensure timely and accurate bookings using approved platforms
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and follow-up
  • Stay current with travel industry updates, supplier promotions, and event trends
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using technology and booking platforms (training provided)
  • Passion for travel and event coordination
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable computer and internet connection
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Customer service or event planning experience is preferred, but not required
