This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence while building strong client relationships and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing investment strategies, optimising property performance, and positioning JLL as the market leader in Property & Asset Management.Duties & responsibilities: Proactively manage an "A" grade Parramatta CBD asset;Deploy our valued clients investment strategy and maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders;Ensure that the property performs to the highest standards, considering (and focusing on) maintaining proactive tenant relationships, detailed understanding of all portfolio metrics and statistics and management of all critical components of the portfolio;Actively initiate and contribute to positive client relationship;Bring JLL to our client by working other JLL business lines to deliver value add services. From implementing Energy & Sustainability Services, Workplace Services, Investor Solutions and JLL Technology as an example;Conversely managing business costs through resourcing efficiencies, annual leave management, debtor management and mitigating PLI risk to drive overall profitability and growth.Become a known specialist and leader in the Commercial sector that is relied upon and trusted.
