About the opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to proactively manage an "A" grade Parramatta CBD asset.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence while building strong client relationships and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing investment strategies, optimising property performance, and positioning JLL as the market leader in Property & Asset Management.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage an "A" grade Parramatta CBD asset;
  • Deploy our valued clients investment strategy and maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders;
  • Ensure that the property performs to the highest standards, considering (and focusing on) maintaining proactive tenant relationships, detailed understanding of all portfolio metrics and statistics and management of all critical components of the portfolio;
  • Actively initiate and contribute to positive client relationship;
  • Bring JLL to our client by working other JLL business lines to deliver value add services. From implementing Energy & Sustainability Services, Workplace Services, Investor Solutions and JLL Technology as an example;
  • Conversely managing business costs through resourcing efficiencies, annual leave management, debtor management and mitigating PLI risk to drive overall profitability and growth.
  • Become a known specialist and leader in the Commercial sector that is relied upon and trusted. Drive forward our market position as a leader in this sector and Property & Asset Management more broadly.

This role provides the opportunity to lead a premium asset while working with JLL's comprehensive service platform. You'll have the autonomy to drive strategic initiatives while being supported by industry-leading resources and technology platforms.

The successful candidate will join a team committed to excellence and innovation in Property & Asset Management, with clear pathways for professional growth and development within JLL's global platform.

  • Written and verbal communication is to be exemplary;
  • Set stretch targets for self and others, and rigorously monitor and manage individual and team performance;
  • Regularly communicate the strategy, plans and performance progress for Property Management in a clear and motivational manner;
  • Listen effectively and communicates through action and example;
  • Respond to client and peer requests and do so in a timely and "as promised" manner;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels with the same respect for the CEO as for the building service contractors.
  • Strong business acumen.
