A leading government department is seeking an experienced S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Expert to join a major transformation initiative focused on modernising supply chain operations.

This role is part of a specialist delivery team working on a high-impact project to commission a new central facility and implement a fit-for-purpose enterprise software system supporting warehouse and broader ERP functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current environments and propose scalable solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, BTP)
  • Prepare documentation, conduct testing, and support deployment activities
  • Provide expert advice during hypercare and stabilisation phases
  • Support change management and knowledge transfer

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM configuration and implementation
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes
  • Experience integrating SAP with other modules and platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • SAP certification (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments (desirable)

What's In It For You

Start Date: End of October / Start of November

Contract Term: Initial engagement to 30/10/2026, with potential extensions

Rate: $1,143.18 per day (inclusive of super / +GST)

Location: Richlands, Brisbane (minimum 4 days on-site per week)
