You'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customisations and extensions within Dynamics 365 CE. The role involves close collaboration with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet business needs

What We're Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of development experience in the information systems field
  • Wiith at least 3 years as a D365 CE Developer

Technical Skills

  • Extensive experience in systems development, design, QA & testing, and systems implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Customer Relationship Management System, Dynamics 365 CE
  • Strong proficiency in .NET C# and Dynamics 365 CE development
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Skilled in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
  • Familiarity with Azure iPaaS tools (Logic Apps, Functions, WebApps, KeyVault, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and job scheduling tools
  • Comfortable with XML, REST, JSON, and secure API development
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices

  • Proven ability to work as a team player, with experience in coaching and mentoring team members
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders
  • Strong workload management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
  • Preference for developers who enjoy hands-on coding - not just consultants
