We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined
Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Mechanical or Avionics
to join our team in
Dubbo, NSW

Your role
In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs on client aircraft to ensure compliance with regulations and technical publications, maintaining aircraft readiness and operational availability.
  • Accurately document all maintenance tasks, ensuring work sheets, logs, tracking systems, and other required records are completed and submitted promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with managers, engineers, pilots, and emergency service teams to optimize aircraft availability and performance.
  • Support base operations by preparing tasks, maintaining stores, and performing ground support equipment maintenance essential for ongoing operations.
  • Maintain accountability for tool control and ensure the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of hangars, workshops, related workspaces, and vehicles.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by adhering to the safety management system and other company policies and procedures.

The essential requirements

  • Type Rated or 3+ years experience on the B200 (essential) and B350 King Air (Preffered)
  • Heavy Maintenance Experience
  • Experience leading an engineering team.
  • Trade Certificate IV (Mechanical) or Trade Certificate IV (Avionics)
  • CASA licence
  • Highly skilled and competent in aircraft avionic/mechanical system troubleshooting, repair and installation of mechanical components;
  • Strong team player;
  • Ability to follow supervisory direction;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Consistent positive and proactive attitude;
  • Passion for safe work practices;
  • Valid work visa;
  • Red ASIC card (or ability to obtain); and,
  • Driver's licence.
