Key Responsibilies include:
Role maybe rostered at several of our sites, these being Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Birtinya and Nambour General Hospital.
Maintain the Endoscopy Unit Waitlist and book appropriately following the instructions from Clinical Teams.
Maintenance of patient records in an integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) and a Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS) including the updating of patient registration details, scheduling appointments, checking in of patients to the unit, and updating of referring doctor's detail in clinical databases (e.g. ieMR, HBCIS, ESSIS).
Provide information to internal and external clients regarding office services and procedures to promote quality customer service through reception (telephone and patient facing enquiries), email and other forums.
Remuneration value up to $97 656 p.a., comprising salary between $ $85 591 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $ $43.16 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (several full time and/or part time position available).
