The Role

In this role, you'll work with clients to assess, monitor, and reduce workplace risks. Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Measuring and monitoring hazards such as dust, fumes, chemicals, noise, and vibration
  • Developing sampling strategies and conducting on-site observations
  • Carrying out respirator and hearing protection fit-testing
  • Completing field assessments and evaluating controls
  • Using our purpose-built systems to capture data, prepare technical reports, and provide advice to clients

You'll be based in our Perth office, with regular travel to client sites across Western Australia (typically averaging 10 days away per month, broken into short trips).

What We're Looking For

  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to different work environments
  • A current C class manual driver's licence
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Resilience and a willingness to learn, backed by a growth mindset

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and report writing ability
  • Experience analysing data and presenting findings
  • Previous mine site or field work exposure
  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Hygiene, OHS, Science, Environmental, or related fields
  • Completion of units such as BSBWHS419 or training as a Mine Air Quality Officer/Technician
