Occupational Therapist – Perth Metro

Full-time role | Caseload ready to go | Growth opportunities | Flexible hours

About Bespoke OT

At Bespoke OT, we work on the premise that real impact goes beyond individual sessions. Our unique approach transforms not only clients' and participants' lives but also the teams and systems around them — families, schools, GPs, teachers, support coordinators, support workers, lawyers, guardians.

We're a collaborative, forward-thinking team passionate about creating meaningful change across entire communities. Bespoke OT specialises in providing services to people with psychosocial disability; forensic history, intellectual disability, neurodivergence, and developmental delay. We see people across the lifespan.

About the Role

We're looking for a driven and passionate Occupational Therapist with experience in delivering mental health OT services, to join our Perth Metro team. You'll step straight into a full-time caseload that's ready to go, with opportunities to grow alongside our expanding practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide client-centred OT services across a diverse caseload.
  • Work collaboratively with support coordinators, families, schools, support workers, GPs, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver interventions that foster independence, progression toward goals, and long-term impact.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting including provision of comprehensive functional capacity assessments.
  • Contribute to our supportive, growth-driven team culture.
  • Work closely with our OT Assistant to support delivery of therapeutic interventions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and full AHPRA registration.
  • Rights to live and work in Australia.
  • WWCC & NDIS screening check.
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, with warm, approachable demeanour.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment whilst enjoying autonomy over your caseload.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to reliable vehicle.
What's on Offer
  • Full-time caseload ready to go — hit the ground running.
  • Clear growth opportunities as we expand into exciting new ventures beyond NDIS, including possibility of group work.
  • Access to PD and regular robust clinical supervision.
  • Fantastic admin support.
  • A collaborative team culture with genuine support.
  • Flexibility that actually works for you.
  • A chance to create lasting change across whole communities.
