About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabricator/Boilermaker to join our team. This hands-on position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex fabrication projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute various fabrication and boilermaking tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Operate and program CNC machinery for metal cutting, bending, and forming
  • Interpret CAD drawings and technical specifications to produce high-quality components
  • Perform complex welding and joining operations across various materials
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout the fabrication process
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues during the production cycle
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimise manufacturing processes
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in fabrication and boilermaking
  • Demonstrated experience with CNC machinery operation and programming
  • Proven ability to interpret complex CAD drawings and technical specifications
  • Strong welding skills across multiple processes (MIG, TIG, Stick)
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Desirable Qualifications
  • Trade qualification in Fabrication, Boilermaking, or related field (potential for an experienced 3-4th year)
  • Experience with specialized materials (stainless steel, aluminum, exotic alloys)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance systems and procedures
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience with preventative equipment maintenance
